I did in fact have shadows on, so I turned the mouse shadows off went straight back to the game and my mouse was there! Thank you sooo much! 🙂

where do you turn that off? I cant find it

Instead of turning it on, you should turn it off. 

I already had mouse shadows off it still happened please help 

Could you try repairing your game ?

Right click on the game in Origin and hit repair game

I did this and my mouse still wont show up ☹️

My cursor isn't showing up on the sims 4, I have the sims 4 on another computer but it wont work since I put it in windowed mode (can you help with that problem too?) so I tried it on another computer. Now, the cursor won't show! I have tried all previous methods but none work! Please help! ☹️

The cursor isn't showing up at all, It still works but its invisible. And I don't have any programs running in the background

Did you try turning off Origin in Game ?

What do you mean by that? And what problem is this for? Whenever I play on the computer with the windowed screen, it starts off fine and then it goes into a tiny window (as in, I can only see the plumblob, x, -, and the option to enlarge the window)                                                    Exact photo from my laptop ----->
