Re: My game code is already used

Hey there @vanesque

The product codes are only redeemable once as they bind the game to the account it is used on. So unfortunately those cannot be used on your new account a second time. So in my opinion, in order to gain access back to the game of yours, your best bet would be to gain access back to the old account of yours.

First things first, I would try to use the password reset function : https://signin.ea.com/p/web/resetPassword

If you do remember your old ID, it does send the verification to your email. You did say you do not remember the email you used, but do double-check by logging into any old email address you may remember and simply see if you may happen to get lucky with it.

If all things fail though, please contact the EA Support and have a live chat or give a call to an EA Advisor. Here's a link there : https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

On that page, from the top right, please log-in first, and then choose your region of choice. Choose 'Origin' as your "game or service" , choose whether you're using PC or MAC, then choose 'Manage my account' as your Topic, and 'Can't log in' as your Issue. Choose whether you're using Origin 9 or 10, and a blue button with "Select contact option" should appear. Click it.

Your region of choice does affect the contact choices given to you. If your own region does not give you choices to either go to a Live chat or give a call to the EA Advisors, choose another region such as UK or the US, and you can contact to their support instead. If the page does not load right, or if the chat does not work, please try out the following:

  • Disable ad blockers
  • Disable pop-up blockers
  • Disable no-script
  • Allow cookies on EA Help
  • Press F5 to refresh the page
  • Clear the browser cache
  • Try another browser

The support should be able to help you out if you are able to at least give them the Sims 4 code of yours as they're at least with that able to probably track that old account of yours even if you forgot some of its details. If you do happen to have any proof of your account left on you such as the account's ID, receipts of purchases or anything, it's all very valuable information you could use to prove that the account truly is yours.

Good luck !

EDIT: Just a note, you accidentally posted this to Anthem's forums. On the top left of this AHQ page, you see the choice "All boards" with a little arrow next to it. From that you can browse yourself to different parts of the forums. Just mentioning for future's sake ~
