Hello @cleer777 - Have you tried clearing your EA App cache? Clearing the EA cache often rid's your game of any problems. 

Here's how if you don't know how to:

1. Click on the three lines in the upper left corner of the app.

2. Click on 'Help'.

3. Select 'App recovery'.

4. Then select 'Clear Cache'.

Hopefully, once you've restarted your game, you should have it running smoothly for you!
