I've had the same problem. I've searched for multiple Origin IDs and had the same "No Results Found" message display. For example,, I want to download a lot by babylo5 that I saw on a blog but the gallery cannot find the ID. When I search for the ID in the Origin friend-finder, the ID displays immediately, so I know that it's not a matter of misspelling the name. I even searched for my own Origin ID at one point and had the same problem.

Are you sure the filter is set to ALL and not to MAXIS (default)
Also try playing around with the sort choices
Yeah, my filter is set to ALL. I've got unowned stuff included as well. Tried with Most recent, Dowload all time, Favorite all time. Tried with each 7 day option, too, just for yucks. Still nothing.

Not sure what else to suggest.
Maybe deleting cache files: http://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/delete-cache-files/ ?
What helped me find content I know someone created was making sure the custom content option was selected as well! Hope that helps (:
That was the fix for me also, couldn't find my creations, forgot I use mods, make sure to click "Include custom content aswell as "View content by all"
- @crinrict This helped so much, thank you!

That's great @xBrandiSky. It would be great to give the post that helped some XP as kudos. 🙂
