@KashmirG2002  I don't know Sims 4 mods well enough to tell you which mods to check first, so you'll need to test them all.  Since you have so many, the fastest approach is the 50/50 method:

Be sure to test once with no mods at all (and delete localthumbcache.package while you're at it), just in case there's some other issue with the save.  But if your household loads with no mods present, it should be easy enough to find the source of the problem.
