Maybe you have used some broken, outdated CC when creating her?
Move the mods folder to the desktop
Delete the also localthumbcache.package file in the game folder and all folders what have word "cache" in the name.
The game will recreate it but without saved errors.
Turn on the game to create a new, empty mods folder and check if a game is working now without mods and CC. Start a new game with her
to check if this issue will remain (If you will save this game "save as..." You can delete this save after this.)
If this problem disappeared
Then copy from desktop your mods and CC and paste it in the new mods folder. First, paste script mods one by one every time checking if the game is OK. ( If you have a lot of this, try the 50/50 method. divide your CC into smaller batches for example 50 pieces in one subfolder and check these subfolders one by one)

If you don't have CC and mods
You can also upload this sim to the Gallery and download once more from Gallery to check if her files are still corrupted.

If nothing will work this means that her file has been damaged and cannot be repaired
