    @Thealien1555  I'd like the whole file, as in, what you get when you click "Save all information."  Please attach it to a post instead of copying and pasting it.

    @Thealien1555  Most of the crashes in your dxdiag list the Windows audio driver.  The first thing to do is look for updates for any sound drivers you have.  Hit Windows key-X and select Device Manager, then expand the "Sound, video and game controllers" category.  Click on each entry in turn, and then click "update device driver" at the top of the window.  (It's a black icon with a small green arrow on it.)  Do the same for the "Audio inputs and outputs" category.

    Just to be thorough, please also clear Origin's cache and then uninstall it "the hard way" and reinstall since Origin is crashing.

    Restart your computer, and test.  If you still get errors, please take a screenshot so I can see.  Hit Windows key-shift-S, drag your cursor over the section of screen you want to capture, open Paint, and ctrl-V to paste the image.  Please also go back into Device Manager, expand the Sound and Audio categories, and post a screenshot, so I can see what devices are listed.
