If that doesn't help though, I'd need to see the entire dxdiag, as in, click "Save all information," save the text file to the desktop, and attach it to a post.

Since your computer runs Windows 7, I'd also need to see any relevant entries from the Reliability Monitor.  Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day.  (Today is all the way on the right.)

For any errors that mention Sims 4 or Origin, or any that happened at precisely the time you tried to launch the game, double-click on the entry and copy the information provided.  If there are only a couple of errors, you can just paste the info into a reply; if there are a lot of them, please paste them into a text document and attach it to a post here.
