This looks like conflicts with CC/mods to me.  Please try the following steps 1) Remove mods/CC, 2) clear your cache, 3) repair the game via Origin, 4) start a new save and test the objects.  If they are okay now, then you can test which mods/CC caused the problem by re-adding them, one at a time, and testing.  If you find the one(s) with problems, you should let the CC creator know so that they can be updated.

    THE FILE CAUSING THE ISSUE is the STUDIO creates a sim overly called: lijoue_casbg_STUDIO.package 

    This took me hours to find this out to save you a TON of time.  The file is either corrupt, or someone stuck it on there to mess with ya.
