Re-Redeeming my old Sims 4 Games

I used to have a computer that I had my sims 4 games on but that computer doesn't work anymore so I finally have a new pc and I'm wanting to play the sims again but the issue is I can't re-redeem my games I've already bought and I don't have access to my old email to log in and transfer ownership to my new account. Please can someone help?
