@vetaga08  Are you sure you're looking for the screenshots in the correct location?  Here's how to find it, and please check to make sure—you may have multiple Sims 4 user folders, one the game is using and one old one.

Please also test regular in-game screenshots, taken with the C key, and let me know whether they appear in the Screenshots folder.
