Hm.. That is so weird. Have not seen anyone else report something like this, so doubt it is a bug. Do you have any other games on Origin? Could you start them and see if it is the same for them (could rule out if the issue is with the game or Origin).

You could also try doing a factory reset of the game

You make backups of your files so you're not going to loose anything!
