Hi! i recently uninstalled the sims 4 and EA...i believe i logged into the right account when i re-installed the sims 4 and EA, as all my past play throughs are still on the game. But i cant get back my 31 packs! is their any way i can fix this?

When you check the game in your library and click on manage > add-ons, do you see the expansion packs available to download? If it shows that you need to purchase them, it's very likely that you're logged in a different account from the one you used to purchase them. If that's the case, then you will need to contact EA Help Support and they should be able to assist you in getting access to your account again: How to get help with your EA Account
