Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

Hello! I'm an avid Sims player and have been for years. The very first pack I ever purchased was "Discover University". I played it through Steam, as I have played my other packs, and enjoyed it for years. I also got "My First Pet Stuff", "Backyard Stuff" and "Blooming Rooms" when they were free.

Recently, I bought a new computer. I installed my mods and began to play. However, I soon ran into an issue: these packs are gone. They do not exist in game. They do not exist on Steam. They do not exist in my purchase history on Steam. 

There is literally no record of me having owned these packs, but I did! I have no idea how to access them. I own DLC from before and after I bought DU, and it all works fine. But not DU and the others! 

I checked on my old computer, and the packs are not there. I did purchase DU from the EA website, not in game, but I don't believe I repeated that for the others. I just want my items back, or at the very least, a refund for the money I spent. 

I would love any advice offered, as I was unable to contact EA themselves.

    If your game library isn't showing your add-ons in the EA app, then most likely you're logging into the EA app with the wrong login details. You need to login to the app with the same details that you originally purchased your content on, and you'll see everything available in your library to download and access again.

    Please also check your Order History in the EA app- if your Order History is showing as blank and you're not seeing any previous purchases you've made here, this is another way to verify that you're currently logging into the app with the incorrect login details. 

    I'd recommend checking any emails you have for the email receipt of your purchases so you know which account to login to the EA app to.
