Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

when I open my ea app all of my sims 4 packs I paid for was gone and I been trying for hours to try and get it back. I repaired my game I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. nothing absolute nothing worked I had a lot of packs and all of it together probably cost a lot of money. I need help ASAP.
