Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

i went to play sims today and all my packs were missing and it says i need to buy them. ive restarted, uninstalled, cleared the cache, checked im on the right account, etc. but nothing works. im so confused. my sister and i share an account and all the packs are there for her, just some reason not for me. any ideas how to help?
