Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I have been buying EA games since the 90s in Origin. What happened to them? I have no order history, no library. I should not need to pay for EA Play to see what I purchased with real US MONEY. I hope this is a mistake, but if it isn't this is extortion and I will report it to the SCC, but before I go ballistic does anyone have a solution to the problem?
