Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

the only game I have left is The Sims 4 please I've already tested everything.

I had The Sims 3 and at least 10 Sims 4 expansion packs.

When i go to the EA shop I's like i had never buy nothing !

If you have a solution, please help me.
