Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

So I had to do a factory reset on my laptop and had to wipe my laptop. I have now redownloaded the EA games app and the Sims 4. Before the reset, I had the Get To Work pack and the Cats and Dogs pack. Now after redownloading, I only have the Get To Work pack.

How do I get the Cats and Dogs pack back?
