even after the April 16th update which clamed to fix addons showing as 'you do not own this content' when its been purchased i still cannot access my addons ive tried uninstalling the game and the EA app, removing custom content, repairing all packs and the game but nothing has worked
Have you double checked that you are logged into the EA app and the game with the same EA account that you purchased the add ons?
In the game, if you go to Marketplace > My Collection you can also double check if the add ons are listed there and marked as active.
i checked the marketplace and it turns out all of my packs was deactiviated which i didnt even know was a thing thanks for the help!
