This is just a glitch that EA have yet to fix.
Multiple of my friends are having this issue! Its just a bug in the game at this point for some reason.
You can try to repair the game at this point, i repaired mine and it happens rarely now.

If you have issues with dogs/cc stretching, please create a thread in the bug forum. Pictures are great and also specify when it happened.
If you have other issue, please make sure you removed all your mods/cc and tried without.
