@ljw321 I agree with @Psychotps , sometimes CC creators use confusing labeling. Have you tried filtering it to show Custom Content only in CAS?

@ljw321 Is it possible that the CC is outdated? Has the CC creator verified that it is compatible with the current game patch? If this CC is a re-color that requires a specific game pack or another CC file, i.e. a "mesh", then the CC creator should have included those details somewhere in their item description or installation notes.
One other thing you can try, if you haven't already, is go back to where you found this CC item and try downloading it again. Maybe it did not download properly the first time.
