Re: Sims 4 DLC key not working
Hello 🙂 First of all thank you for your help. The problem I am having (and I assume some other people on this forum) is that I already provided all information I could (proof of payment, product keys, ea account name and e-mail) with screenshots. The first time, I got a response via e-mail saying to check the guide on 3rd party sellers or to e-mail them with information (regarding proof of payment, name account, etc). I did try to e-mail them but couldn't because it said that ea "doesn't monitor this e-mail anymore". So I went to my EA Help homepage and my case was set as both "open - waiting on player" and "closed". I opened a new ticket titled "regarding issue (and then the number of the first ticket) in which I provided some more information (like the name of my account) as they had asked on the e-mail. Now it says I have two open tickets, first ticket is still set to both open and closed at the same time and I have no option to chat with someone. Can somebody guide on what to do next?
