Do you have any mods or CC (custom content)? Try taking that out.

I removed all my CC and mods and saving works again. Phew! That's a relief! Thanks for the link too, as it was some good information. I'll have to try to remember to move all those things out again before updating next time, as I've already put most of the CC and one mod back. (It is still letting me save, thankfully.)
Yes, mods always need removing and testing with new patches.
Also always backup your saves before patching.
I'm having the same problem, and I have no mods enabled. What should I do now?
