@DeceptionV While you can install Sims 4 almost wherever you want, the game will always store its user files in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. If you'd like this folder to be on your secondary drive, you'll need to use a symlink to tell the game where to look. Here's a good guide:
If the command to create a symlink doesn't work, try writing out the exact file path rather than %userprofile% . You can find the full file path by right-clicking the relevant folder (Documents or Electronic Arts, depending on what you're moving to the secondary drive) and selecting Properties > General, then looking under Location.
If the command still doesn't work, please post a screenshot of the Command Prompt window so I can take a look.
