Re: sims 4 game time (trail) has 27 hours left but i cant play it!
The clock runs from the time you start the game. It doesn't stop when you don't play.
If it says 27 hours left (probably has expired by now), the play button should still work though.
Att his point you will need to contact a game advisor and explain the situation. Maybe they can give you some more time
