Re: Sims 4 Get to Work missing

i was playing my sims last night, i finished building a house and saved. after that i went to do an "save and exit" which it did and went  to the loading screen with the spinning diamond, it stayed on that screen for almost 10 minutes, so i force closed in the task manager and. when i opened the app to play today i pushed resume game, it says i needed to load a saved game and it says i need to purchase "get to work", and that a restart is required, i have cleared cache, restarted and updated, repaired the game and still will not load without me having to buy that pack which makes no sense to me. please help!! idk what else to do besides uninstall the game and reinstall
