Re: sims 4 headphones

The only thing I downloaded was the Site to change to colors. That was the only thing the box said to do. From what I have read they said the headphones should work as soon as you plug it in to the computer. That the color wheel is for when you are playing a different game. But I have gone inside the sims in game colors and tried to move the colors around but once I get back into the game the colors are the same As before. The red looks white. . all the other colors look white also but have a small tent of the right color. Which is frustrating cuz once I go back out to the color chat On that website the colors come out great.
