I have the same problem how do I do with Norton?
@crinrictwrote:this is something I found googling but I don't know what version of Bitdefender this is as I'm not using it myself: https://www.bitdefender.com/support/how-to-add-application-or-process-exclusions-in-bitdefender-control-center-1119.html
You want to exclude Origin.exe and ts4.exe in programs(x86)\Origin_Games\thesims4\game\bin (path may vary depending on your installation)

Try googling
"Norton Antivirus (if this is the whole name?) white-list program"
or
"Norton Antivirus set exception for program"
🙂
