Re: Sims 4 is locked at 60 fps

@WoohooJuiceSim  I would still be curious to know whether removing the Nvidia card and running on the iGPU changes anything, not because it's a viable workaround but because it narrows things down.

RivaTuner can be active in a clean boot, which is why I always tell people to check the Task Manager for anything still running.  RTSS wouldn't have any effect if it weren't open though.

    OKay, so I tried RivaTuner last night and was able to get up to 75 FPS, but it wouldn't go past that. My monitor is set to 180Mhz, in Nvidia control panel and via Windows settings. I am gonna try Adaptive Synce by turning it on in my NVidia Control Panel and see if that works. If not then I give up as I am completely out of ideas as to why this is lol.
