It can be all in one. There arrived new bugs when it concerns toddlers, there is a new bug related to cleaning. There may simple errors of the game, that can be fixed by repairing the game. But also there may be errors caused by the use of expired mods or CC.

Let's try to eliminate one by one.

First outdated mods, CC and simple errors.

1. Move the mods folder to the desktop. If you don't have mods - skip this step.
2. Delete localthumbcache.package file in the game folder. This is important because it applies to the errors of the game also.
3. Fix the game in Origin.
4. Origin/Library -right click on TS4 - option "Repair game"
5. You have to wait until Origin will fix all packs, not only the base game.
6. Turn on the game to create a new, empty mods folder and check if a game is working now  properly without mods, CC and after fixing
7. Check if there are new updated versions of the mods and CC you are using -  if you are using it. 
8. Then copy from desktop your mods and CC and paste it in the new mods folder. First, paste script mods one by one every time checking if the game is OK. Do the same with CC but if you have a lot of this, try the 50/50 method. ( divide your CC into smaller batches for example 50 pieces in one subfolder and check these subfolders one by one)
9. You need to find a culprit and either remove it or replace it with an updated version

Check now what errors remained in the game after this procedure and describe it, please.
