@JohannaAlanis  There are a number of Origin Web Helper Service errors in your dxdiag.  Please disable it in both Origin and Windows.  In Origin, hover over your username and select Application Settings.  Under Application (the first header), scroll down to Start-up options and disable the web helper.  For the Windows setting, hit Windows key-R and enter "services.msc" without quotes.  Scroll through the list to Origin Web Helper Service, double-click, select "Disabled" under Startup type, and click Apply (not Okay) to save the change.  While you're there, do the same for Origin Client Service.

When using Origin, run it as an admin: right-click on the desktop shortcut and select "Run as administrator."

If this doesn't help, clear Origin's cache again and then change the download location for Sims 4.  You can create a new folder in Program files (x86) or wherever you want, and then tell Origin to install to that folder.

If that doesn't help either, you may need to do a clean uninstall of Origin.  First, clear Origin's cache:

    https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

Then use Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine, either regular or portable) to remove all traces of Origin, except for the Origin Games folder.  Here's how:

    • Quit Origin, then right-click on the Task Bar and open the Task Manager.  Scroll through looking for Origin entries.  If you find any, click on them and End Task.
    • Download Revo Uninstaller from here (again, the free versions are fine).
    • Install Revo, open it, and uninstall Origin.  When it's finished, Revo will ask you which cleaning method you want to use.  Select "Moderate" and then Browse.
    • If Revo finds any remaining registry entries, select all, delete, and click Next.
    • Revo will display "Remaining Data and Folders.  Select all of them except for the "Origin Games" folder.  (This is where your Origin games, if you still have any installed, are located.)  Delete the rest.
    • Restart your computer.

Next, download and install Origin—the regular version, not the beta.  Here's the direct download link:

    http://download.dm.origin.com/origin/live/OriginSetup.exe

Be sure to run both the installer and Origin itself as an admin again.

@puzzlezaddict I tried all what you suggested and it shows me this: Error: 327683:0

Maybe I did something wrong, but I tried to follow the steps as well as I could :c

@JohannaAlanis  Try changing the install location for Sims 4.  You can change the default location in Origin, under Installs & Saves; or you can manually choose another folder when you start the download.  In either case, just create a new folder and see whether Origin will download to there instead.

If that doesn't work, try disabling your antivirus/firewall, just long enough to test.
