@Sayuniqz  When you're asked for a product key, that typically means that you've signed into the wrong Origin account, as in, not the one linked to the Steam account that owns Sims 4.  Please verify that you're using the correct account.  One way to do that is to sign into any EA site (for example, ea.com would work) with your Steam credentials.  On the login page, click the Steam logo and enter the email address and password tied to your Steam account, then see which Origin account loads.
