Go to the authors Patreon site to get the latest version. On modthesims you will only find the one for the legacy edition you can not use that with the standard version of the Sims.

Ok what I've found is after updates it takes them a few days to make the improved version, once they have updated their mods, add the new version of ui cheats, mccc etc into your game and it should be fine, i hope this answered your question😊
Most career mods are broken and needs an update.
I got the new Sims 4 Home Decorator pack a few weeks back and it doesn’t work with the UI cheat. When I removed it, the new pack worked fine. You may have to find the website and see if they have an updated UI mod.
