Try downloading and installing the latest Visual C++ redistributable package:

That was my problem (not having the newest Visual C++) I downloaded it and it worked like a charm.

I cant find windows update and found something like it and it went to a website...? help my computer is not online, but i moved it into the house so i can get the internet to install it so my computer doesnt probeleby have the right updates...

try this C drive depending on your computer either C drive programe files  origin games or   C drive programe files (X86) origin games in the orign games The Sims 4 _installer there is a folder vc open that it should say vc2013 open that then are 2 folders eula <--- ignore that one, in the redist are two vcredist_X64 and one   vcredist_ x 86  install one then install the other

You'll need x86 and install

i uninstalled it but when i go to install it still sas object already exests

Are you sure you've uninstalled the right version ?

Do you have any restribtables left ?

Can you list all the redistributable you have ?

If it's still there, you need to uninstall it first.
