OMG! Thank you.
Ok so what i did was:
1)Take out the mods folder (then it replaces itself once restarted) and put it on desktop
2)go into the game
3) get out of game
4)Take each piece individually and put them in.
5) After putting each individual cc in, go into the game and see if it works
6) If it does work, get out of the game and continue step 4 and 5
7) if it doesn't work delete that individual cc that you put in
8) check to see if it works now
9) continue until all wanted working cc is in game and the game works
And there you have it, that's how I got it to work
