Shutdown Origin (open Origin then go on Exit, or rightclick on it in traybar then choose Exit).
After that rightclick on The Sims 4 shortcut and choose "Run as Administrator".
If that doesn't help, please post back.

- i cant get my sims 4 to go online i just tried the exit origin and run as admin and it relaunched origin and still wont connect to gallery
Did it work before ? Is Origin itself online ?
- It didn't work it say one or more the Sims online a services is curreety offline
- I try what u say but it not working it is saying one or more Sims is offline
I'm on a macbook pro and the option run as administrator isn't there? I've always been able to access the gallery, but now it says that 'One or more of the SimsTM online services is currently offline. try again later'?
