Re: Sims don't dress selves, random nudity, and baristas showing up at restaurant.

I've discovered that going to the Origin launcher, clicking the gear next to The Sims 4 and choosing "repair" from the options will fix most of these problems. It fixes the sims not dressing themselves problem 100% without a doubt, apartment living or not. It also fixes service sims (like chefs and baristas) showing up on apartment lots. I can only assume it fixes the restaurant issue as well, though I didn't get to test that as I did a fresh install and only chose the "repair" option when my game started getting wonky again. 

If anyone else has the problems I was having, I strongly recommend going into your game launcher and choosing to "repair" the game, which will start validating the files and seems to fix the game.
