Re: Sims game crashes when I save

I tried the save as suggestion and  it did not work.  I do not know how to find where to run a dxdiag because although my computer is windows, I do not have a windows search bar.  (it is really aggravating)

Also, according to my microsoft store I do not have OneDrive, and as you can see in the corner of my screen I have no cloud icons to click on.  Although, if I search in my pc in files, there is a file titled "OneDriveSettiingSyncProvider.dll", but I don' t have any apps it'll let me open with.  I am now even more confused.  What do I do?

@IhasCat  To run a dxdiag, hit the Windows key and R, which will open the run box.  Type dxdiag, and enter.  Wait until the dxdiag finishes running, then click Save all information, and save the dxdiag as a text file to your desktop.  You can then attach it to a post.
