@candy2015 You may need to revert to a save from before the relationships disappeared. Removing mods can prevent it from happening again, but if the relationship data is gone from your current save, there's no way to salvage it.

@puzzlezaddict I did revert to a save before and I have removed all mods. For some reason some random sims still have a couple relationships. Depending on which house I choose they still have the relationships but as soon as I travel or change houses the relationship then they disappear. Is there any way to save that or should I just move on?

You can check out that thread for suggestions; I haven't read it all the way through. You can also use a cheat or MCCC to manually restore a relationship, but that seems pretty tedious. Otherwise, I'm not sure what to suggest, sorry.
