Re: Sims not showing up

Hi;

Have you attempted to run a Repair on Sims 4? It sounds like a few of the basic actions aren't functioning properly.

1: Open Origin. 

2: Right-Click the Sims 4 logo in your game library. Select Repair Game.

3: After the Repair is complete, attempt to open the game again.
