There's not an offline installer. If you are allowed at work, you could install the game there, so the game files are downloaded, and then copy them to your flash drive. Then, at home, you would copy the files from your flash drive to your computer and the installation process would be faster. I can explain you how to do that if you are interested.

Thank you for the offer. My company would not let me install the game on my work PC. After I buy the game online from my home computer, will I be able to download it a few hours each night? (My measured service is cheaper in the middle of the night)

@MerTheMighty Yes, you can pause the download as many times as you need.

When you start the download, a blue text will appear in the bottom of the Origin program. If you click on it, a new window will appear with the download progress. There you will find the pause button.
