Re: {SOLUTION} Sims4 No Sound Bug on Computer/Laptop

The first fix works for a bit but then the files always come back and the sound always eventually disappears again. The second fix doesn't seem to apply to my computer (laptop Windows 10) as I don't have those options when I click on the little speaker icon in the bottom right hand corner. Could it be something else or is there another way to fix this issue? I'm getting so frustrated.

    DId you check if your sound drivers are updated ?

    I had this problem too but these instructions didn't work. I then figured out that it was Razer Cortex, which I use too boost my game so I will have less lag. I guess Razer closes down a program that makes the sound work for the Sims 4.

    Nothing on here works, please help! after i delete the options and config folder they come back!
