@EloquentHalo  Thanks for providing a dxdiag, which is full of Sims 4 breakpoint errors.  This type of error can have a few different causes, but at least this narrows it down somewhat.  However, the issue with repairing should be addressed first.  For that, please clear the EA App's cache:

and restart your computer, then try again to repair with nothing running aside from the EA App.  If that doesn't work, and you use a third-party antivirus, clear the cache and restart again, then disable the antivirus (temporarily) and try again to repair.

I would also like to know how much system memory is in use after you restart your computer and before you open any apps.  Please restart and wait five minutes, then open the Task Manager and let me know what overall Memory use you see.  If it's more than 3.5 GB, click the Startup tab, take a screenshot of the list of startup apps, and post it here.
