oh nooo haha they gotta create a new one for you haha
ive had this problem with the sims medieval, got it off g2a or cdkeys then i had to RE BUY it on ea and then request for a refund which was granted but it worked fine, trying the same but still reinstalling the whole game itself, will update if it works
for some reason ea has problems with games u got thro a code and not purchased on its site- @Lilightsss And if they priced their EPs relative to what's actually in them, I'd gladly buy them off their own store. But as much as I enjoy playing TS4, their packs just aren't worth the price. I buy games for 29.99 that give me 500+ hours of content. I will never get that out of their 40 dollar packs.
