If it is just the tile that is annoying you, you can 'hide' the tile so it doesn't show in your Games list (but it will be there if you want to play it in future).
To do that:
- Login to your Origin client and select the My Games tab
- Right-click each game you'd like to hide, and click the Hide option.
You can repeat this step to hide as many games as you'd like.
If you wish to permanently delete a game from Origin, you will need to contact EA Support, and speak to a game adviser, who can remove it for you. You can do that here: http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/
