Re: The Sims 4 language list shows only 3 languages

I spoke on chat to a rep again and they advised that the version I bought is "THE SIMS 4 (CZ PL RU ORIGIN)", but what I actually bought was a bundle of the Base Game + Get To Work. The agent implied I may have not noticed I'm buying a 'limited langauge' version, but literally at no point does Origin show any language availability/limitations.

As a proof, I'm showing bundle ordering process in the screenshots. Also, the base game in the bundle should equal to the base game from the Origin store (since the bundle is on Origin as well) and as explained above in #1 post the Origin store shows that all 18 languages are included.
