I do apologise but I'm not very good with the techy stuff of a laptop. Do you suggest a whole update.

Sims worked before but some virus messed up my laptop badly then had to remove them then back date the laptop to 2014, does it need to be updated fully then?

Do install all the Windows Updates available and download the newest AMD drivers from here: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

You can let the site detect your system so it downloads the correct one.

Oh, and you don't have to upgrade to Win 10 of course.

Just install the Win 7 Updates
