Re: (TS4) screenshots been deleted

@cfooblu I think OneDrive is the issue here: maybe it's full, maybe it's keeping an old version of Screenshots and deleting the new one, maybe something else I'm not thinking of. So the simple fix would be to either get rid of it entirely or keep it from trying to sync your Sims 4 data. Please see this guide for how to implement any of these options:

@puzzlezaddict i followed the article and clicked on "stop backup" for my documents folder then i lost all my docs 😭😭😭 luckily it was all saved on onedrive web. but it's not your fault, i didn't read the message when i clicked on it.

@cfooblu Do you have everything sorted out now? Removing OneDrive does remove the files it's hosting, but you can restore them without reenabling OneDrive, as you've hopefully done (I'm not sure from your reply). Let me know if you need further help.

@puzzlezaddict i didn't know, but yeah i redownload what was most important like my saves and mods. my screenshots still are been deleted, but i guess it's bc my onedrive is full, like you said. tysm for your help!
