I allow myself to answer, deleting localthumbcache.package should not affect anything related to your saves.

I'm actually experiencing the same problem (infinite loading households and build lot) and deleting that specific file didn't seem to solve the problem. Same with disabling mods...

I'll reach to you as soon as I find a fix but for now I hope someone can help us.

I have removed all broken mod \ cc and it still does not work. So I hope there is someone out there who can help us with this problem.

I managed to make it work again. It was the MC command Center mod that was causing issues (which is a mod i never delete). It started causing this bug for no reason... So i deleted the settings of the MC command center folder and it seems to work. But now i'mfacing another issue which is infinite saving. I guess it has something to do (again) with this particular mod?

For me it doesn't work. Removed MC Command Center, but it just keeps trying to load up households.
Really don't understand what the problem is.

I had the latest version of MC Command Center. But I removed it to see if it worked then. There was no difference. Still can't start up my households.
